Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are an essential part of our Hospice Team. A hospice volunteer can help ease the strain on families and/or caregivers by spending time with their loved ones. This is an extremely difficult time for families and all support is welcomed.
Hospice Volunteers offer a special kind of care designed to provide support for patients and their family members coping with terminal illness. Volunteers can sit with someone at home who is ill, relieving the family for a short period. Volunteers that do not wish to provide one-on-one care for patients, can volunteer to help in our office or at fundraising events for Hospice.
Note: For additional volunteer opportunities, please refer to Upcoming Events.
