Forecast for May 17th: 1,500 golf balls to fall from the sky

On Friday, May 17th at the Kittansett Club in Marion, 1,500 golf balls will fall from the sky: three of them could win you big bucks and all of them will help to bring quality cardiac care to our community through support of Community Nurse & Hospice Care’s Home Tele-Monitor Program. How is that possible you may ask…?? Well, it’s the Great Golf Ball Drop at the HOME IS WHERE THE CARE IS 2013 Gala, of course!

ANYONE can purchase a chance to win! (Winners need not be present) The Great Golf Ball Drop will be held on at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 17th, 2013 at The Kittansett Club in Marion, Massachusetts. And we have a lucky golf ball just waiting for you to claim it!

Our Great Golf Ball Drop is a visually stunning feature of our HOME IS WHERE THE CARE IS 2013 Gala. We offer you the opportunity to purchase a chance — in the form of a golf ball —  to win $1,500, $1,000 or $500. All 1,500 golf balls are assigned a unique number which also appears on the corresponding raffle ticket you receive. The numbered golf balls are then dropped over the practice green by the clubhouse at the Kittansett Club from an acrobatic helicopter  for everyone to see. Three will reward lucky donors with big prizes!

Supporters may buy balls/chances in advance by clicking HERE!, over the phone (508)992-6278 or by mail 62 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719. You will receive a ticket in the mail with your assigned number(s). Any unsold chances will be available on-site the evening of the Gala.

For a $100 donation (or a special Bring a Friend! discount of two tickets for $175) we invite you to join us at The Kittansett Club at the HOME IS WHERE THE CARE IS 2013 Gala to experience the Great Golf Ball Drop in person and enjoy fun, friends, a heart-warming menu, open bar and an incredible silent auction.

Sponsorships of the gala and event journal ads are still available. And donations to the silent auction are always appreciated.
