I want to thank Community Nurse for the kind and wonderful care you have given me during my illness. My aide is extremely compassionate and caring. She’s professional and attentive to both me and my family.

You were there with us on the good days and the bad with the most personal touch. We were so fortunate to have you help me get well. And I now know how fortunate our community is to have Community Nurse available when we need it most.

Thank so much for everything: Loyalty, Reliability, Respect, Dignity, Skill & Knowledge, Caring, Listening, Heavy lifting, Sharing meals, Watching TV together, Showers, Haircuts, Driving to favorite places, Guy talk, etc. etc. etc. As hard as it was, you gave him the love and the respect he needed and made him feel as much a man as possible.

I am trying to write a few lines to let you know how much I appreciate all the help I got from Community Nurse. In six weeks, you helped bring me back to normal times. With the help of my beloved nurse, physical therapist and home health aides after a lung infection, laying down all the time and being weak all the time, I can now get out to my Dollar Tree Stores and do my things. Just getting out of my chair was a miracle! My nurse had the patience of a saint. I am semi-blind and it is difficult for me to write but I want to thank Community Nurse from the bottom of my heart, so I hope you can understand my writing.
From the family of a bridge patient, Fall River
On Sunday, I had the pleasure of meeting with my father’s nurse at my parents’ home. She spent a great deal of time with my father and was both kind and thorough. She had good recommendations and understood needs my father had both medically and involving his living situation. She made our understanding of my father’s situation very clear. Thank you!
