Skilled Nursing
Our team of licensed professional nurses can help with recovery of almost any illness in a patient's home. Skilled nurses at CNHC are highly skilled, compassionate caregivers who will oversee managment of care with a team of health care professionals. Some examples of care include (but are not limited to) cardiac care, IV therapy, diabetes management, lung disease, medication managment, wound treatment, overall medical assessment and end-of-life care.
