Psychiatric Nursing
Community Nurse & Hospice Care provides mental health services in cooperation with a consulting physician in the privacy of patients' homes. Our licensed and specially trained mental health nurses can help patients work through issues such as confusion, difficulty in coping, and general feelings of helplessness. We develop a plan of care with the physician and provide them with continuous evalutaion of treatment. While receiving psychiatric nursing services, patients have access to our agency's full range of medical services.
