Physical Therapy
Our team of physical therapists work to restore patients to their maimum level of function by developing an individualized plan of care. Emphasis is placed on the patient's improvement of strength, mobility, safety and endurance.
Physical therapy services can include but are not limited to:

- Home safety assessment
- Prosthetic instruction
- Adaptive equipment teaching
- Fall prevention
- Home exercise
- Balance traning
- HPVC electrical stimulation for wound care
Occupational Therapy
Our team of occupational therapists assist patients in adjusting to their physical environments after a surgery or illness. Occupational Therapists adapt tasks and modify the environment to make patients' ability to function at home easier.
Occupational therapy services include, but are not limited to:
- Education & independence training
- Upper body/hand strength and coordination
- Monitor after splint/orthotic fabrication
- Functional adaptation of wheelchair in the home environment
- Upper and lower body self care activities
- UE strengthening and coordination training
- Prescription recommendations for adaptive equipment (commodes, tubseat, etc.)
- Energy conservation training
- Cognitive/perceptual training
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapists address communication disorders, cognitive impairments, and swallowing deficits.
Speech therapy services include, but are not limited to:
- Articulation Deficits
- Visual Perception Deficits
- Developmental Language Skills
- Swallowing/Chewing Disorders
- Oral Muscle Strength
- Written and Verbal Comprehension Skills
