Welcome to our Community Blog!
We are so excited to have an opportunity to tell you more about what is going on at Community Nurse & Hospice Care. We will have all sorts of articles, updates and guest bloggers from our community. Stay tuned to this space for all sorts of valuable information about your community’s health!
What’s happening now?
The holidays are a perfect time to remember those you love through a gift to Community Nurse & Hospice Care. Our Season of Remembrance Tree is up at the North Dartmouth Mall in front of Old Navy throughout the month of December. Please stop by to see us!
For every $5 donated to Community Nurse & Hospice Care, an ornament will hang on our tree “in honor of” or “in memory of” someone you love or who cares for you. All donations benefit our hospice program.
This tree and your support are so very important because…
- The tree allows members of our community to publicly remember or honor loved ones.
- The tree reminds members of our community of the vital services Community Nurse & Hospice Care provides.
- Volunteer opportunity! Who better to tell the story than our friends, staff and volunteers? And who better to hear the heartwarming stories the community has to tell!
- PLUS… the tree provides funding to help insure that all members of our community have access to comprehensive, quality and compassionate hospice and home care no matter their financial resources.
