RE: COVID 19
I want to reassure you that Community Nurse Home Care is here for you during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
We continue to provide quality care to our patients in the community. We work with physicians and follow Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidance for screening all patients prior to visits. We continue to utilize telehealth to provide virtual visits and telephonic support.
We have changed office support structure to enhance social distancing and have many staff successfully working remotely.
We have enhanced communication and support to staff with daily management team videoconferences to remain up to date with Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) guidelines. We continue routine communication with our clinical and office staff.
We continue to provide the highest quality care following the most current infection prevention protocols.
Thank you to everyone who has donated PPE over the past 2 weeks, our clinical team and patients are so grateful for your kindness and efforts to keep them safe.
Community Nurse Home Care is proud to have remained a not-for-profit organization serving the southeastern Massachusetts area since 1916. We remain here for you and committed to our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care. Thank you!
How You Can Help
- Donate PPE, although we have an inventory of PPE we continue to struggle to source this important protection for our patients and staff. We could use N95 masks and surgical gowns.
- Thank a nurse, therapist or home health aide. You can send a note through email or social media or mail it to us at 62 Center St, Fairhaven, MA 02719
- Donate to our Covid19 fund.
