5 consecutive Tuesday session dates:

This program is designed for any adult who has suffered a loss.

Losing a loved one is difficult. Meeting the challenges of living without that special person in a society that does not model or honor the grieving process is even more challenging.

Facilitated by hospice chaplain, Mary Finnin, M.A.R., this multi-week group provides the support needed during a time of loss. A mindful program framework sets a safe, respectful space enabling each group member to determine the participation level that is comfortable for them. They may freely share experiences and actively participate in activities or they may quietly reflect on the provided materials. Group members will gain experiential learning and take away tools to work through the process of grief.

From fresh grief to grief from long ago, support is vital and available – where ever you are in your grief journey.
