Hospice

Hospice is a philosophy of care that offers those nearing the end-of-life comfort and support. Hospice care improves quality of life and provides pain control and symptom management. Our patients receive personalized care delivered with compassion and respect. Bereavement support is also provided to the caregiver and family.

Hospice may be considered for the following reasons:

Decision to focus on quality of life, instead of curative treatments.

Symptom management for pain, nausea, and fatigue.

Spiritual and emotional support for you and your family.

Our Hospice Team includes:

  • Nurses
  • Home Health Aides
  • Medical Social Workers
  • Chaplain
  • Volunteers
